By booking an appointment with Kimyra Ltd Thai Massage & Spa, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below, including your commitment to attend your scheduled appointment.

Booking an Appointment

​

Appointments at Kimyra Ltd Thai Massage & Spa can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Sessions are available in various durations, typically ranging from 1 to 2 hours.

 

Once a booking is confirmed, an email with all pertinent appointment details will be sent to you.

​

Cancellation Policy

​

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Please inform us promptly if circumstances beyond your control—such as illness or adverse weather—may prevent you from attending.

​

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, will incur the full appointment fee, as we may not be able to rebook the slot.

​

If you need to cancel due to COVID-19 symptoms, a fluctuating medical condition, or if you are more than 37 weeks pregnant, we will consider any necessary fee adjustments on a case-by-case basis.

​

‘No Show’ Policy: Failure to attend a pre-booked appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booking fee.

Late Arrivals and Timing

To respect the schedules of all clients, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive late or need to leave early, please understand that we may not be able to extend the session beyond the original end time, nor adjust subsequent appointments.

Your therapist will provide the best experience possible within the remaining time available.

Informed Consent and Health Information

​

I understand that the massage services provided by Kimyra Ltd Thai Massage & Spa are intended solely for relaxation, muscle tension relief, and alleviation of myofascial discomfort through soft tissue therapy.

 

I acknowledge that massage is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. For any known mental or physical ailments, I understand it is advisable to consult a physician, chiropractor, or qualified medical specialist.

I also understand that Kimyra Ltd massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or offer medical opinions.

Nothing communicated during the session should be interpreted as medical advice.

Massage may be contraindicated under certain medical conditions, and I affirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical information accurately and answered all pre-session health questions truthfully.

 

I agree to update the therapist regarding any changes in my health profile and understand that failure to do so releases the therapist from any liability.

Professional Boundaries

​

I acknowledge that should I arrive late, the therapist reserves the right to adjust the session length to align with the existing schedule. Furthermore, I understand that any inappropriate or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and I will be liable for the full cost of the appointment.
